ABOUT JERVIS BAY BEVERAGE CATERING


Jervis Bay Beverage Catering is run by Craig and Kerry Wallace who left the fast life of Sydney’s East some 11 years ago wanting to start and raise a family in a small village environment.

Craig and Kerry bought Callala Cellars in 2009. Over the past years have supplied many weddings and functions in the area. All customers have commented on excellent service, competitive prices and most of all making the event and the whole day stress free.

The retail shop, “Callala Cellars”, trades under the largest Independent Liquor Group (ILG) which gives both the retail shop and the beverage catering business excellent buying power. This in turn means we are able to pass it on to the customer and offer you excellent and competitive prices on all beverages.

It only made sense to start the new beverage catering business, branch out and up the services provided.

"I NEED SOMEONE TO ORGANISE DRINKS FOR MY EVENT. HOW TO GET STARTED AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?"

To get started is as easy as sending an email (or fill in our contact form) with your requirements for your event. We will promptly supply you with a quote. Easy!

"HOW DOES BEVERAGE CATERING WORK?"

On the big day you can relax and not have to worry as all the drinks will be delivered, chilled and served by friendly, polite accredited wait staff.

At the end of the night all glass and cardboard will be taken away. Excess unopened drinks can be returned for a credit.

"DO YOU OFFER BEVERAGE CATERING FOR WEDDINGS?"

Yes. We can provide beverage catering for most types of events and functions in the Shoalhaven and Jervis Bay area - big or small, from weddings and engagement parties to anniversaries and birthday parties.

"WILL THE DRINKS STAY COLD?"

If the drinks need to stay cold, they will most definitely be kept cold! We will supply large insulated ice boxes and ice to make sure the drinks will be served cold and refreshing.

Dear Craig and the fabulous staff at Jervis Bay Beverage Catering Company,

Luke and I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated all you did for our wedding on the 14th November at the Bay of Plenty Lodges. We cannot stress enough how great the service was. Guests are still raving about your staff and the fact that they ensured that no-one ever had an empty drink! We also had a couple of wine connoisseurs comment on the quality of the red and chardonnay which was great. I think the fact that there was no sparkling wine left speaks to the quality of that particular drop, if not the thirst of all our guests on the day ;)

Your assistance in helping us source quality brands for the best price, your generosity of time in setting up the bar to ensure all ran smoothly, your brilliant service and relentless smiles (even though it rained the entire time and everyone was soaked through), and your amazing effort in clearing/cleaning up afterwards helped to make our wedding day one that we, and everyone who attended, will never forget! It truly was the best day of our lives. A really big THANK YOU to all!
